Professional Services Steps

Our comprehensive eight-step process will help you manage the project from beginning to end.training

  1. Evaluation of current environment. Discussions are conducted with customers, senior management and professionals in production management, sales and marketing, IT and compliance. The deliverables include industry benchmarking data and a productivity analysis for existing operations.
  2. Development of system project objectives and metrics. Based on client feedback, we develop functional specifications and identify process improvements and associated performance metrics.
  3. Identification of preferred technologies and supplier review. We qualify suppliers to determine which technologies and systems can meet specification requirements. To determine this, we prepare a ROI/payback projection, risk/benefit analysis and technology/characteristic matrix with performance, as well as running cost and acquisition cost comparisons.
  4. Management of the RFP process and solicitation of bids from suppliers. The proposals are short-listed based on pre-established criteria as well as your input and direction.
  5. Negotiation of purchase requisitions. The next phase involves the negotiation for final selection. The conclusion of this phase results in the issuance of one (or multiple) purchase orders.
  6. Project management and implementation. From equipment procurement to the first accepted production run, we provide complete project management and coordination of all activities associated with the implementation plan.
  7. Sales and marketing training. A coordinated training program and launch of the new capabilities for the sales and marketing teams are provided.
  8. Project review. The final phase of our consulting service is a complete project review. This includes the transfer of responsibility for the system into the respective functional areas of the company. A complete documentation package of the project is the final deliverable.
